CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY : Chatur Musafir believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the specified time as follows: Cancellation Policy: • 0 - 14 days prior to stay - No refund • 14 - 21 days prior to stay - 50% refund • Over 21 days - 90% refund • No refund for cancellation of group bookings. • No refund for cancellation for bookings made for special occasions, viz. New year day, Christmas, Holi, Deepawali, and / or festival days. • Refund amount, if any, after cancellation, will be returned to the account of the remitter normally within 30 days from the cancellation date. • However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good / or not intended to be.
General Terms and Conditions: • Booking confirmation is subject to realization of advance payments in full. • All payments are to be remitted to our below mentioned bank account. Details are as mentioned below. o Kindly produce your photo ID Proof at the time of Check in. o Check in : 12:00 pm and check out : 11:00 am. o Cancellation terms will be applicable for all bookings.
